Decolonial Dialogues (Podcast)
A co-created podcast mini-series created in collaboration with BSc Economics student Susan Njuguna, the series brings together students, educators, researchers and business leaders to explore different perspectives on decolonising the business school. Designed as an accessible space for reflection and dialogue, the podcast invites listeners to engage with what decolonisation can mean in practice.

Decolonisation Project visual minutes
These visual minutes, created by artist Julia Miranda and Felicity Porter during the project launch, capture and synthesise key ideas, questions and tensions from the research findings and panel discussions, offering a visual interpretation of how colonisation operates within business school research cultures and how decolonisation might be imagined and enacted in practice.

Perspectives on decolonising from students and professional services (Film)
Two films created during project workshops; one showcasing student-led workshops exploring what a decolonised business school means for students, and one (made by students) highlights professional services staff using cultural animation to reflect on decolonisation across the School community.
Events and engagement

Student-led exhibition (June – August 2023)
The student-led exhibition showcased the creative artefacts produced during the student workshops. Students were on hand to explain their pieces, share their experiences, and discuss ideas with staff and fellow students. The exhibition also featured the film created during the workshops and interactive activities, providing opportunities for dialogue, reflection, and engagement with the wider school community.

Seminar series on decolonising (December 2022 – ongoing)
The Decolonisation Seminar Series explored the histories, practices, and futures of decolonisation in business education. Through workshops, talks, and panels, staff and students examined curriculum, research, and institutional culture, sharing creative approaches, reflective practices, and partnerships.
